Jerzik Apparel Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Jerzik Apparel orders are processed and delivered within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

14-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind our shipping promise. If you have not received your order by the end of the 14th business day after your purchase, please contact us with your name and order number. After confirming that the order has not been delivered, Jerzik Apparel will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
